KKHR was the middle of three Los Angeles stops for Christopher
Lance.
The San Diego native jocked at KKHR from 1983 to 1986. Previously the man born Lance Habermayer had been at KRTH (K-Earth) from 1982-83. Lance also jocked in L.A. at KIIS in 1991.
Lance, who cites Rich "Brother" Robbin and Bobby Ocean as among his influences, also jocked up the coast at KFRC San Francisco. He was also at KMXZ Monterey, California and two Texas stations: KPRR El Paso and KTFM San Antonio.
