A kinder, gentler time? Not from the sounds of this aircheck!

It starts with an absolutely crazy newscast, each story more sensational than the previous, with all the requisite sound effects. Then the jock, Jolly Rogers (real name John Colon a.k.a. Jackson King), sounding like he's had one or 20 too many coffees, plays the hits of the day. Highly entertaining, if just for the energy level. Mix in the jingles, and the period commercials and it's 1959 again, KYA style!
